Welcome to Longhorn Customz LLC ("Longhorn Customz," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any purchases made through our website, social media pages, marketplace listings, or other sales channels.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products from Longhorn Customz LLC.

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal ability to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products & Use Disclaimer

Longhorn Customz LLC sells products including, but not limited to:

  • Simulator accessories
  • Shifter adapters
  • Custom shifter components
  • Custom electronics
  • LED accessories
  • Button boxes
  • 3D printed products
  • Custom fabricated products
  • Power accessories
  • Wiring components

All products must be installed and used safely.

Improper installation, misuse, modification, neglect, or use outside intended specifications may result in injury, equipment damage, property damage, or product failure.

Longhorn Customz LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect wiring
  • Incorrect voltage or power supplies
  • Product modifications
  • Product misuse
  • Failure to follow safety precautions

Simulator products are not affiliated with or endorsed by any hardware manufacturer, simulator developer, game publisher, or trademark owner unless explicitly stated.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order
  • Cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing errors

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Orders are accepted only after shipment or fulfillment.

4. Custom and Made-To-Order Products

Many Longhorn Customz LLC products are custom manufactured, 3D printed, or made-to-order.

Due to the custom nature of these products:

Custom Orders Are Generally Final Sale

Once production begins, custom orders:

  • Cannot be canceled
  • Cannot be returned
  • Are not refundable

Additional design changes after production begins may result in:

  • Additional fees
  • Production delays
  • Redesign charges

If you submit files, logos, artwork, designs, CAD files, or instructions, you affirm that you have the legal right to use them.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Customers agree to pay all charges presented during checkout, including:

  • Product price
  • Shipping
  • Applicable sales taxes
  • Additional disclosed fees

If a pricing error occurs, Longhorn Customz LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Longhorn Customz LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs processing
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Events outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Non-Custom Products

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Product is unused
  • Product is in original condition
  • Product is in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return was caused by our error.

Custom Products

Custom products, personalized products, and made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item contains a manufacturing defect
  • An error was made by Longhorn Customz LLC

Damaged Items

Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

Claims must include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of product
  • Photos of packaging

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Custom orders may not be canceled after production starts.

Longhorn Customz LLC reserves the right to charge fees associated with design work, setup time, or production already completed.

9. Warranty

Longhorn Customz LLC warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Abuse
  • Neglect
  • Modifications
  • Improper wiring
  • Incorrect voltage
  • Accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Environmental damage
  • Water damage beyond rated specifications

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed by Longhorn Customz LLC remains the property of Longhorn Customz LLC, including:

  • Product designs
  • Photos
  • Logos
  • Product descriptions
  • CAD files
  • Website content
  • Graphics

No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

11. Customer Supplied Content

By submitting artwork, logos, files, or designs, you represent that:

  • You own the rights to the content
  • You have permission to use the content
  • The content does not violate intellectual property rights

You agree to indemnify and hold Longhorn Customz LLC harmless from any claims arising from submitted content.

12. 3D Printed & Handmade Product Variations

Customers acknowledge that custom-manufactured products may contain:

  • Layer lines
  • Slight surface imperfections
  • Minor color variations
  • Small manufacturing tolerances

These conditions are normal characteristics of 3D printed and custom fabricated products and are not considered defects.

Typical dimensional tolerance:

±0.5 mm

unless otherwise specified.

13. Installation & Safety Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Proper installation
  • Safe operation
  • Electrical safety
  • Compliance with local regulations

Longhorn Customz LLC assumes no responsibility for damage resulting from improper installation or operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longhorn Customz LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost data
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Longhorn Customz LLC before initiating chargebacks whenever possible.

Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Refusal of future service
  • Collection efforts
  • Submission of evidence to payment processors

16. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio.

Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, unless otherwise required by law.

18. Changes to These Terms

Longhorn Customz LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
